The Updated Oris ProPilot Date Collection 2025

The new Oris PRO PILOT watch continues the series' consistent family design language. The 41mm stainless steel case features extensive brushed finishing to reduce light refraction. Unlike the brightly colored color schemes of the Big Crown series launched in April of this year, the new PRO PILOT offers a more subdued color palette, providing black, gray, and green dial options, as well as a special "desert" version.

Since 1938, the large crown has been a hallmark of Oris pilot's watches. This function-oriented design was originally intended to allow pilots to easily operate the watch while wearing gloves. Today, it has become an important element of heritage, and the modern PRO PILOT is no exception. The large crown features a textured surface for grip and is engraved with the ORIS logo. Luxury replica watches cheap, luxury brands watches like Omega, Audemars Piguet, Breitling, Hublot or Audemars Piguet look alike watches.

The most noticeable change in the new PRO PILOT watch is the grained dial. This slightly "rough" texture easily evokes the floor of an airstrip or hangar, echoing the pilot's watch theme. On the other hand, the grained dial also helps reduce light refraction, improving readability. In terms of details, the minute marker ring surrounding the outer edge of the dial is slightly raised above the main body. Each marker has a corresponding outward extension, a design that enhances the sense of depth and makes it appear more three-dimensional.

Another change in the new PRO PILOT watch is the removal of the large luminous coating on the hour and minute hands. This undoubtedly allows the brushed texture of the hands to be better showcased. Furthermore, the large Arabic numeral hour markers have also undergone vertical brushing, creating a harmonious finish. Particularly noteworthy is the addition of red accents on the hands and hour markers in the black dial version, echoing the "PRO PILOT" lettering above the 6 o'clock position. The new PRO PILOT features an optimized case shape, with the thickness reduced from 12.4 mm to 11.7 mm, resulting in a slimmer and more comfortable wearing experience. The case back also features the same brushed finish as the bezel, creating a cohesive look. A noteworthy detail is the sharply defined notch at the junction of the case and bezel – a design feature that has been carried over from PPX to the PRO PILOT.

The LIFT folding clasp is a patented technology of the brand, making the clasp easier to open and close. This technology was previously used in the PPX 400 in-house movement watch.  The watch features a see-through case back, through which the Oris Caliber 733 automatic movement is visible. As Oris's mainstay movement and one of the most widely used movements today, it is based on the classic Sellita SW200-1, with the rotor adorned in its signature red. From 2024 onwards, the power reserve of the new Oris Caliber 733 has been increased from 38 hours to 41 hours.
